Amsterdam

There are plenty things that you can do to have an amazing but affordable vacation. If you’re looking for fun, exciting and adventurous travel spot, Amsterdam is one of the best.

In Amsterdam, there are a lot of cheap hotels and hostels you can rent. But mind you, hostels do have curfew. So if you’re there for clubbing and bar hopping, take out hostels in your list. Traveling in Amsterdam is pretty easy and fun. You don’t have to worry about transportation because there is always public transport accessible for tourists. There are buses, ferries, and trams. Tickets are available from the GVB across from central Station. You can buy a mutli-use ticket that is valid for a set period of time, or you can just buy a “15-strip” ticket from a local supermarket to save some cash on your trips. If you can afford a more expensive transportation, you can purchase the “All Amsterdam Pass” which allows you unlimited access to transportation for a whole day. Or if you’re into fitness thingy, you can walk around and save more money for shopping and food expenses. A free ferry service also runs behind Central Station. If you’re visiting Amsterdam during June – August, you can watch theater performances and concerts in Vondelpark. Of course there so many places you can visit in Amsterdam, their Museums, the parks, etc.

There are also plenty of food choices in Amsterdam. There are vending machines available, cheap but delectable foods in eateries or restaurants.
